San Deigo

Ken and I had our amazing trip so we went to California as a family so Donovan could have a fun vacation too. We stayed at a great hotel right by the beach in the marina. Donovan was super happy to be at the ocean for the first time. We went to Legoland the first day. That was more for Donovan than us and he really enjoyed it. It was crazy to see everything made out of lego! This was Donovan as we left the parking lot :) The next day we went to Seaworld which Ken and I really LOVED!!! Donovan wished there were more rides but there was so much to see and we had a blast. You know me we fed the dolphins and I was in HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The last day we spent at the beach snorkeling! It was really cold but we saw sealions and tons of fish and even a little sting ray. Donovan thought that was the coolest thing. It was a short trip but it was so much fun!!!!

Paradise!!!!!!

Ken and I took an amazing 10 day trip to TCI in the Caribbean. We went at the end of May and it was so beautiful!!!! Here we are on the plane. the water was so warm and clear and so perfect!!! The sand was so soft and white it was like walking on flour!! The sunsets were so pretty every night! We did so much stuff and took so many pictures that there are way to many to choose from. We went scuba diving and saw soooo many fish, turtles, sting rays, barracudas, lobsters, crabs, and even sharks!!!! On the first dive a shark came right up to our group and circled us all a few times. It was AMAZING!!! But of course we forgot the camera on the boat!! We also did tons of snorkeling!! We went parasailing.... Kayaking..... 4 wheeling...... It truly was beautiful and we loved every second!

Hospital Wedding

So there is much drama in the Heald family as of late. I won't get into it but my brother was seriously hurt and has been in the hospital for over a week now. Here he is showing some of his battle wounds. He is such a thug with his juice box and balloon ;) A brush with death among other things made Jake and Aubrey decide that they didn't want to wait any longer and so in a day they threw together a wedding!! Never a dull moment around here. But it was a nice break from the bad stuff :) The blushing bride got ready in the hospital bathroom. Hospital hallways make for a great "isle" Jake had to get pain meds right before so he could stand for the ceremony. He had to sit while he waited for Aubrey. Exchanging rings. You may kiss the bride!! They even had a cake! Mr and Mrs Heald It turned out very nice though Jake was pretty wore out after it all. Congrats Jake and Aubrey
