The Johnson's

Thursday night I went and stayed the night at Stacie's in Tooele. They are moving to Davis County this week so it was my last chance ;) Stacie's girls are so cute!! and full of energy!!!!! These picures were taken when they were supposed to be getting into bed:) Friday poor Reagen was sick. But we worked to get the house ready to show that afternoon. We had fun and went to lunch then went back to the Johnson's and everyone but Cambree fell asleep watching tv!! Then the girls watched some movies and me Stacie and Jerid stayed upstairs and played some games. It was really fun and we even got Jerid to play mall madness!!!! He secretly loved it!!! It was funny and we laughed. I love the Johnson's and I love how they make me feel part of the family. I am sooooooo excited they are moving closer!!!!!

Chloe Jane

So Kristian and his family came over last night for dinner. We ate, chatted, laughed and had a good time. While they were over, Chloe was on my laptop and looked through my entire history of blogs. She was quite disappointed in how few posts she was in so I grabbed my camera. This one is for you Chloe! Chloe is such a gorgeous girl who I love to death! She is growing up too fast though!! I wish she could stay little forever. We either need to lock her up until she is 21 or send her out with a body guard!!! :)

Weekend at Bogey's

So I am pathetic and barely left the house this holiday weekend. It was nice to chill and be lazy though. KHP had a show Friday and Saturday night at Bogeys and of course I was there being their #1 fan and all!!! They did really well and as always, they put on a great show! Brother Jake running the sound board. Here's Kathryn trying to dance and Amiee apparently can't get enough to drink!! Jake and Aubrey having a good time. Mum and Dad were there Friday night. And Uncle Dave just landed from England so he and Auntie Julie stopped by for a bit as well. It was fun.

Hookah Lounge

KHP have a busy week this week. They played Liquid Joe's on Tuesday night, (I didn't go because late nights and getting up at 4:30 for work is a deadly combination!) one last night at the Hookah Lounge, one tonight, and one tomorrow night both at Bogey's. Keeps a dedicated fan very busy!!!! But last night was fun. Brian the bassist's girlfriend Laura paid for some Hookah. Which is like tobacco but not and comes in tons of flavors. She bought Apple. I am unsure of the appeal but it was fun to watch :) Kristian's wife was scared to try it but she did but would hardly take any in. It was funny. Jen, the drummer's fiance wasn't a chicken like Amiee ;) The Lounge wasn't set up for bands and KHP had to bring all their own equipment. They didn't have a sound guy so Kristian was running from the stage to the sound board adjusting. Then he showed my Mum how to do it and she ran the board while they played. It was funny and cute!! We had fun and they had a really good show. I am so proud of my brother and how far he has come. Now if they could just start making good money with this that was be awesome! I think they have more than paid their dues.... I know I have paid alot for them;) Love you brother!!!!

The Zoo

Yesterday, Brandi and I decided to take the boys to the zoo. We took Michael along as well. It was a hot day and the zoo was packed!!! so it was a little stressful for the moms but the kids had a blast!! I love how well our boys get along. It is nice since we are such good friends that our kids are such good friends as well. The monkeys and primates were my favorite! Though the penguins were great as well because they are hardly ever outside when I have been at the zoo. After we had made the full rounds we were very ready to go. Even the kids had had enough so we headed to the car. We had packed snacks and the bags of ice had started to melt. When we got to the car we gave the kids drinks and I told Brandi that I was so thirsty and the bags of ice looked so yummy. So I had a drink and it was WONDERFUL!!!! It was a rocky start but we ended the day laughing and that is was counts right. Thanks Brandi and Austin for hanging out with us. It was a good day!

Movie Night

Friday night my dad and brothers went on a Father/son overnighter with our ward. My Dad didn't want to take the grandson's so it ended up being just me, my mum, Donovan and Michael at home that night. I rented hotel for dogs and we sat and watched a movie. We cuddled up in blankets and made milkshakes and had a fun night. The boys loved it!!

Olson's

So I am not the best daughter because I didn't take any pictures at my house for Mother's Day. But I went over to my in-laws on Sunday too and got some pictures. It is a busy month for the Olson's. My father-in-law Duane's birthday is the 10th which this month fell on the same day as Mother's Day so we got them a joint gift. Dinner and a movie and also a gift card for the nursery to pick flowers. Looks like they enjoyed the gifts ;) Then tonight I went over there again for Ken's brother's birthday. Alex turned 17!! Busy busy but at least we get it all over with at once ;)

Wild Animal Carnival

My neice Rachel had her first dance recital last night. My Mum and I drove out to Tooele to see it. She was so cute!!!!! Rachel is the second from the left. She had 3 dances and a costume change. She was a lion And a turtle. She did so great! After the recital we went with my brother's family to Cold Stone for some yummy ice cream. It was a fun night.

Movies

So last night Brandi and I were both childless so we decided to have a girls night. We went and had bread twists at the pizza factory in Syracuse (they are divine!!) then went to a movie. We saw 17 Again and it was a cute show. When it was over Brandi said " Should we watch another one? " So we decided to be wild and went to another movie this time it was Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. It was pretty good too and we had fun watching chick flicks :) Then we went to Olive Garden for dessert. They have a new chocolate cake and it is HEAVEN!!!! It was such a great night and we had so much fun. Thanks Brandi for being such an awesome friend. Love Ya. I didn't have a camera with me last night but I found a cute one of us last year ;)
